Flip a coin twice:
First flip: determines number of repetitions
Second flip: determines which exercise
Repeat for the whole sheet


Roll a pair of dice and which number they land on you perform the exercise for that number
Repeat for how many exercises you wish to do

Perform each exercise for the letter in your name
Using a deck of cards perform, flip the first card on top and perform the exercise for that card using the number on the card.
Example: If you flip a 7 of hearts, you do 7 burpees
Repeat for how many cards you want to complete
